We try our best to process orders as quickly as we can, this is usually the day after the payment has been successful. Excluding national holidays, you will usually receive your order within 2-3 business days (for UK customers depending on which rate you choose) and 5-15 business days (for international customers). International customers, please be aware that we cannot control the speed in which your package is sent. This is dependent on the courier which handles the shipping processes. Shipping cost is calculated through weight and will be determined at the checkout section of each online purchase.

MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED

If you feel that your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, please contact our sales team and they will try their best to resolve the problem. Please make sure the allotted shipping time has passed before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEE

Some international deliveries may incur customs fees while passing certain borders. This fee is for the customer and should be paid by the customer. Milk is not responsible for any payment which is needed on top of the original payment. Your delivery will be made by the courier once this extra fee is paid. We try our best to keep the international package weight down so this fee is as small as possible.

RETURNS

Returns are FREE and you may return your items if you are unhappy with your order. The product(s) you wish to return must be ‘fit’ for sale and shouldn't be used, washed, soiled, or tarnished in any way. Information about our returns process is listed below.

HOW DO I RETRUN MY ORDER?

You may contact us about returning an order within 10 days of receipt. Once we have received your return request, we will send you a returns label which must be attached to the parcel containing your order. Bring your parcel to your local post office and they will process the return for you. Once we receive and have inspected your return, a refund will be actioned.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Doesn’t quite fit? You can exchange your order within 5 days of delivery. The product must be ‘fit’ for sale and shouldn't be used, washed, soiled, or tarnished in any way. Please follow the "Returns" process above. Once we receive and have inspected your return, the replacement item(s) will be sent out.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Our products go through a strict quality control cycle within the factories who manufacture our clothing. We pride ourselves on the high quality our factories produce but it may be possible that a faulty product can slip through the net. If you happen to receive a defective product then please contact our sales team  and they will give you further instructions.
